  • Platform for population and development

Its goal is to make sure that the Action Program of the United Nations Conference on Population and Development (ICPD), which was held in Cairo in 1994, is carried on and put into action. The action program notably included recommendations on law and health as far as sexuality, reproduction, women empowerment, ageing and migrations are concerned.

Our Federation has taken part in the various yearly meetings that lead to recommendations and to the taking part in the oficial delegation for the Commission. (text pdf).

  • Global women network and reproduction rights

We take part in the campaign : “call to action” : for women access to health.

  • International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF)

Since it was created, our Federation has been a membre of the IPPF European Network. We back, diffuse and sign their campaigns. Nowadays, the action is mainly based on advocacy at the level of the European Union.
As far as the development of new policies within the organisation is concerned, we can underline the importance of young poeple taking part in programs on reproductive health.

  • Women World Walk

We support and take part in the World Walk. In 2005 a coordination cell was created in Brussels to support WWW’s claims to which we add ours : a better access to contraceptives. On 8 march 2007 a women parliament will gather.
